The itinerary follows quiet secondary roads, ideal for cycling in complete relaxation, surrounded by centuries-old olive trees recognised as part of the region’s historic heritage. Riding comfortable and reliable traditional bikes, we will follow sections of the ancient Via Traiana, reach the evocative Dolmen of Montalbano and visit a historic fortified masseria. Along the way, your local guide will share stories, farming traditions and fascinating facts about the production of extra virgin olive oil.
